I cancelled my PRO subscription early this year not wanting to continue the service for Zoom still charged me for the service even if my plan is already cancelled. It is now February 18th and there has been no contact made by Zoom, they refuse to allow me to speak to anyone in customer support despite multiple attempts.

I have been paying for a subscription that I cannot use and I remain locked out of my account still today. February 9, In the process of logging on I get a notice that I am already on my phone.
